Admissions A.Y. 2025/2026
The Conservatory of Gallarate is opening admissions for the A.Y. 2025/2026 from March 12 to April 10, 2025, at 13:00, until the following classes are completed:

To apply, you need to follow the online procedure (until April 10, 2025, at 13:00), available at the following link: https://registroelettronico.nettunopa.it/ammissioni/?id=119201
The admission fee payment must be made exclusively through the Nettuno platform.
For academic courses (Bachelor and Master’s), Preliminary and Young Talents courses, in addition to the admission fee, a government fee of €6.04 must be paid on c.c.p. 1016 or a bank transfer to “Agenzia delle Entrate – Centro Operativo di Pescara” (IBAN IT45R0760103200000000001016).
For payments from abroad, the following bank details should be used:

In the payment description, please include the student’s name and requested course. The government fee payment must be attached to the application on the Nettuno portal.
Admission Exams will take place in the following stages:
- For international students (even those with a certificate of Italian language proficiency), an Italian language test will be held online. Students will receive an email from the reference teacher with the link to connect remotely. The language test will consist of a written and oral part. Students who are absent or fail the language test will not be allowed to take the practical exam.
- The practical exam in the main discipline will take place in person at the Conservatory’s locations or via video evaluation. Candidates required to attend in person will receive an email with a 5-day notice
Students who will take the online admission exam must submit their video through the following platform: https://issmpuccinigallarate.it/ammissioni-upload-video/ by April 10, 2025, at 13:00. Please review the Vademecum.
Note on Video Admission:
The exam programs should be recorded in full (e.g., “Performance of one study/piece among X presented…” means recording all the X pieces presented) as per the program published on the website.

Candidates for the Bachelor’s program, after registration (before the academic year begins), must take tests related to any deficiencies:
- TRPM (Rhythmic Theory and Music Perception)
- Music History
- Harmony Theory and Analysis
- Piano practice and reading (all courses except piano and guitar)
Those with an equivalent certificate obtained at the Conservatory of Gallarate or another AFAM institution or who have graduated from a music high school will be exempt from the tests. It is also sufficient to attach a self-certification under DPR 445/2000.
Candidates for the preliminary/young talent course, after registration (before the academic year begins), must take rhythmic theory and music perception tests. Those with an equivalent certificate or a diploma from a music high school are exempt. A self-certification under DPR 445/2000 is also sufficient.
International (Non-EU) students who need to apply for a study visa will find all useful information and contacts on the page: https://issmpuccinigallarate.it/studenti-stranieri/.
Students awaiting a visa must simultaneously proceed with the application on the Nettuno portal and pre-registration on the Universitaly portal.
For non-EU students, the following documents must be attached to the application:
- Valid visa or residence permit or receipt of the application for a new residence permit
- Passport
- Declaration of value or degree certificate translated into Italian
Documents must be uploaded once in the corresponding section.
The application will only be accepted by the Secretariat if it is complete with all required documentation and payments.
Admitted candidates will receive an email from the Academic Secretariat with all the instructions to proceed with registration, which must be completed within one week of the publication of the admissions list, based on the actual availability of places.
