Admissions A.Y. 2025/2026
The Gallarate Conservatory opens admissions for the A.Y. 2025/2026 from May 19th to June 4th, 2025 at 1:00 PM, until the following classes are filled:

Complete the online application (until June 4th, 2025 at 1:00 PM) at:

The admission fee must be paid exclusively via the Nettuno platform.
For academic courses (Bachelor, Master), Preparatory, and Young Talents, a government fee of EUR 6.04 must also be paid to:

Admission Test Dates:
• Italian Test (non-EU only): June 17th
• Instrumental Exams: June 20, 23, 24, 25, 26
Admission Process:
1. Italian Language Test (for all non-EU students, including those with language
certifications):
o Conducted online. A link will be sent via email.
o Includes written and/or oral test.
o Students not present or not eligible will not be allowed to take the instrumental test.
2. Main Instrument Practical Exam:
o Can be taken in-person at the Conservatory or via video.
o In-person candidates will receive a convocation email 5 days before.
o Video submissions must be uploaded by June 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM here:

Note for Video Admissions:
All listed pieces must be recorded completely, as required by the published program on the site (see
“Didattica” > livello > Instrument).
Bachelor students (after admission, before the academic year starts) must take placement tests in:
1. TRPM (Theory, Rhythm, Aural Training)
2. Music History
3. Harmony and Analysis
4. Piano Practice and Reading (except for Piano and Guitar students)
Exemptions:
• Valid certification from an AFAM institution or musical high school diploma
• Or a self-declaration (DPR 445/2000)
Propedeutic / Young Talents must take a test in TRPM, unless exempt (see above).
Non-EU students needing a study visa:

They must apply both on Nettuno and pre-enroll on Universitaly. Pre-enrollment is approved only after passing the Italian test.
Non-EU applicants must upload the following:
1. Valid visa/residence permit or renewal request
2. Passport
3. Translated diploma or Declaration of Value
Upload each document once in the relevant section.
Applications are accepted only if complete with documents and payments.
Incomplete applications will receive an email for integration (check SPAM).
No refund for incomplete applications or if the candidate is absent.
Admitted candidates will receive an email to finalize registration within 1 week after the
publication of the results.
Final rankings will be posted on the Conservatory’s website
