The Service Charter is a document that every Public Administration Office is required to provide to its users.
It describes the purpose, methods, criteria, and structures through which the service is provided, the procedures and timelines for participation, and the control mechanisms available to users.
The Service Charter is a fundamental tool for implementing the principle of transparency, through the explicit declaration of the rights and duties of both staff and users.
